高炜热处理厂创建于2000年，位于无锡市惠山区堰桥镇工
业技术开发区，工厂新区占地面积为3300平方米，全厂设有四个生产车间：感应淬火车间，大件调质车间，普通热处理车间，表面处理车间，对外承揽各种零件的高频、中频、超音频表面淬火，渗碳、碳氮共渗、氮化、软氮化，正火、退火、淬火、调质及各种工、刀、量、模具热处理和有色金属热处理，发黑、发蓝等工艺协作，并对外开展原材料化学成分光谱分析，金相检验、力学性能检验、荧光探伤检验、硬度检验等特种检验服务。

　　通过十年发展，随着丰东多用炉生产线和大型感应设备投入使用，目前已拥有各类热处理生产设备台套，各种检测检验仪器11台套，其中与多家国外挖掘机轴件热处理配套，并多次通过国外公司严格的认证和检查，确认为合格供应商，生产规模和技术水平不断扩大，现有生产人员46人，其中工程师1人，技术人员3人，专职检验员2人，年加工能力上万吨。高炜热处理厂已具有雄厚的工艺开发和生产能力，在无锡市颁发（产品质量合格证书）的基础上，09年已通过质量体系认证。
